RECRUITMENT TIPS
BE YOURSELF!

You’re more than just bullet points on a resume! Tell us your story and if you have a portfolio or any other skill-bound projects you’d like to showcase, we’d be happy to take a look.

STAY CALM!

Interviews are as much a way for you to learn more about us as they are a way for us to get to know you better. If you have any questions you’d like to ask us — regardless if it’s something particular you’re interested in or have any doubts — we’ll be there to answer them!

Remember that some of the interviews can be conducted online, so selecting a quiet and peaceful place where you’ll feel comfortable and confident is recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
Know more about the recruitment
process and working at RED

You must be eligible to stay and work in Poland during the entire internship period (July to September).

One of the requirements for applicants is the ability to reside in Poland for the duration of the internship (July to September) and the ability to work from our Warsaw studio. Some roles have the option of hybrid work, which allows interns to combine remote and on-site formats (look for information about hybrid mode in Job Ads). We believe that an on-site or hybrid work format is advantageous for collaborating with supervisors and team members, as well as experiencing the true RED spirit.

The internship program is addressed to recent high school graduates or university students who are graduating no earlier than summer 2025.

Yes, all CD PROJEKT RED internships are paid.

We start by reviewing if your application meets our requirements. The recruitment process may vary depending on the position you're applying for. It may consist of one or two interviews and a skill test. During the interview we want to get to know you a little better and ask you more about your skills and level of English. Beforehand, we recommend you familiarize yourself with our products and prepare answers to the following questions: Why do I want to join CDPR? What skills would I like to practice at CDPR? If selected, what would I be interested in working on? Knowing these answers can also help you in preparing your application and resume.

Yes, all candidates will receive updates on their progress through the recruitment process.

Your application should include a resume where you highlight your education, related experience, and skills relevant to the role. You're welcome to share your involvement in student associations or volunteer activities that can demonstrate your professional and personal qualities. Be sure to carefully review the Job Ad as some positions may require a portfolio that showcases your previous projects and achievements. Even if a portfolio is not required, providing any relevant work samples will always be a plus. Remember to proofread your application thoroughly before submitting it to ensure that it is error-free and easy to read. You can always search for CV templates or use resume-creation tools to easily structure and format it.

We encourage you to upload your resume in PDF format and to provide direct links to your portfolio or reel.

While you are free to apply for any position, we highly recommend applying for the role that best aligns with your interests and qualifications.

Yes and yes! You’ll receive a cool swag package to welcome you to the team, you’ll have access to our studio gym, and you’re welcome to join any events and celebrations that take place during your internship.
